Designed, implemented a highly successful multilevel 400+bed residential programs for homeless addict/alcoholic men and women operated by  the Jefferson County  Medical Society Outreach Program Inc..  Program includes eight aspects: overnight, detoxification, two motivational tracks,
day program, residential, half-way house and  three-quarter way house.

Trained and oversaw a paid and volunteer staff of 45

Program received Presidents Public Service Award from
American Medical Association 1999 for unique and successful program.

In 1998 program received a national award from the Health Resources and  Service Administration (HRSA).  MTW  identifies and promotes the replication of innovative community based models for the delivery of primary health care to undeserved and vulnerable populations.

In 1995 received Robert Straus Award from the Twenty Second Kentucky School of Alcohol and Other Drug Studies in recognition of outstanding service in the field of substance abuse treatment in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
